Google's video platform Youtube is testing a new feature that would show relevant new web results along with video search results. Although the change is not officially mentioned in Youtube's features and experiments. According to XDA reports, a reddit user found this feature in Youtube.
The feature was recently spotted by Reddit user u/TheMrlggs when he searched "open beer with knife" in the Youtube app. It is to help the users to find the better and useful search results in case users don't find any relevant results on Youtube. While Google hasn't released any information about this new feature yet, It appears to be rolling out for some users via a server side update. We tried updating the Youtube app to the latest release and using the same keywords used by the Reddit user to trigger the feature but we are not able to get it on any of our devices. As of now, there is no information from Google regarding boarder rollout.
